TERMS OF SERVICE

Hello welcome to IT-Tubers’ [ IT Services, Terms of Service ]
By hiring , IT-Tuber/PricelessNightmare, through any platform, you are agreeing to my complete T.O.S. I, IT-Tuber, am not responsible if the commissioner/client did not read through the complete T.O.S before ordering.

Order/Commissioning:
- All prices are subject to change. Prices on any Service Sheets are estimates only. Please contact me or fill out a service form. I will then give you an exact quote.
- Services will be performed in order they are confirmed. Rush Fees are available.
- IT work takes different amounts of times to complete depending on difficulty and complexity, you must allow me to work at the pace that I see best for your issue.
- I have the right to reject a service request without any reason or explanation.

Pricing and Payment:
- ALL payments will be sent through PayPal invoice in USD.
- All services must pay a deposit which will be a percentage of the final price.
- Please do not pay until you receive confirmation of your service request.
- The invoice will be sent after I confirm with you your service request pricing.
- Work on your service will not begin until the deposit part of your invoice has been paid.
- If you request something outside of the scope you initially asked for, your pricing will change.
- If after the service is performed you do not pay, you will be reported and I have the right to discuss your business practices with others.

Services:
- To be able to provide services correctly you must be ok with talking through discord voice call.
- You must be ok with screen sharing and/or using Team Viewer remote access
- You may not record any of my service sessions without permission
- Mine and the customers personal information must remain between us
- Different problems require different solutions and time, if a service will be taking more time than anticipated I will let you know ASAP and discuss pricing
- I hold NO liability for your computer, systems, assets, software, hardware, accesories, etc.
- I will be honest with you if the problem presents itself to be outside the scope of my abilities.

Refunds:
- I reserve the right to cancel any service at any time for any reason.
- If I haven’t already started on your service (meaning it is at 0% worked on) you will get a full refund.
- If I have already started any amount of work, I will give a partial refund at my discretion depending on the reason of cancelation. I will deduct the value of the time already spent. The service will not be completed.
- NO refunds on completed work.
- If we agree on a deadline, the deadline is not solidified. You are paying rush fees for me to move you up on the queue in hopes to finish it by the deadline. If it is not finished by the deadline, I may refund rush fees at my discretion.
- Any service provided during a LIVE stream cannot be refunded.
- If you decide to file any chargebacks against my account you will not longer be entitled to your service order from me. Be it finished or not.
- You will be blocked and will no longer be able to place orders.

By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service listed above.
